Leaders are always Readers

Leaders are always readers and readers always become leaders. Books is an abundance that we seem to don't cherish much today. There is so much value and knowledge in them that this is the reason why they have withstand themselves all the way to today. If you look at leaders all through out history and even today they all have common denominators one of those denominators stand out from all of them and one of the major important ones.

And that is reading, reading is the only way to get in touch with masters of all different kind of fields, you may want to associate with a certain individual who has master his craft and find how he thinks and acts, although you cannot just call him on the phone and schedule a get together you can still associate with him through books. Whether they are still living or dead you can still learn from them through books.

This is why all of our leaders cherish books and read all the time. And those who always seem to struggle and never seem to hit that break they want although they've tried nearly everything it will always show that they are lacking reading. And I'm not saying you cannot achieve what you want without reading what I'm really trying to say is that the journey to get there will take much much longer. Experience is the number one way of learning but reading helps so so much and is much faster.

For many many reasons this is true. From learning from others mistakes to observing exactly what one did to succeed and then you can mimic them. But the one reason I think it really comes out as most important is because you are using something that is getting away from us now a days especially from our young ones and that is IMAGINATION. When you learn how to use imagination and do it often you become in more control of your mind because you are 'much more familiar to it and you also give a major increase to all kinds of muscles of decision and creativity methods so whatever you are interested in and start working on it or whatever you wish to do you will find more answers much more easily and your finish product will come out better. But the one benefit I love is that if you are reading something your not only learning, but your imagination opens the door to creation and that will make what you are learning to be ingrained much more than just by seeing it because YOU are creating every imagine being described through reading and is that creation that allows it to stick because your brain is moving millions and millions of cells and creating neuro pathways by force to create those images for you instead than just them being given to you by seeing them with your eyes. Leaders are always readers and readers always become leaders.
