Like I've mentioned countless of times before the success keys are not secrets nor are they hidden. Their in the open we just don't see them. Many of those keys are in Napoleon Hills material and his story. One of the concepts Napoleon talked about a lot and said that without this you cannot be successful is the concept about the Chief Aim. Do you at this moment have a chief aim? Be honest. If your answer is no then that would explain your lackness of success. You cannot hit a target you do not have. If you don't have a chief aim how can your mind work for you and give you the mental power and ideas for you to reach your chief aim. It just cant if you don't have a chief aim.
What is a chief aim? Well I cannot give you the full explanation here because I would just have to write an entire book. Yes that's how deep a basic concept can go. So I will give you a birds eye view of it. I recommend you read and re read Napoleon Hills books especially the laws of success in 16 lessons. A chief aim is what we could call your ultimate goal. For example my chief aim may be to become a manager in my job. It's something that is not just happen in a day or week or months. It takes time. But its a goal you ultimately want and their will be several steps you will have to go through in the process. Now a chief aim is something you have to make sure you have a very strong want and desire for. Is something you really really want. You may have heard several super successful people say. I sleep eat and breath this. That is what a chief aim is.
The reason Napoleon Hill said you must have it if you want to be successful is because the chief aim has so much energy behind it and your desire for it is so high that your focus is like the magnifying glass and the sun it has no other choice but to burn. And because your desire is high then you will focus on it non stop and the road to get there will be enjoyable because with every step you know your getting closer so your excitement increases and so does your belief.
The true secret behind the success of the chief aim is the energy and focus it requires from you. Many people relate this concepts to things like the law of attraction or positive belief type of ideologies. This concept relates so much yo success ideas because the bottom line is that the chief aim idea work s. If you talk to people with super success and they've never heard of the idea of the chief aim if they tell you their story you will find out that their description on how they got to their success it will sound just like what I described a chief aim was.
The chief aim is must have. I suggest you write your chief on a blank card and carry it with you on your wallet and take it out and read it as many times you can all through out the day. This will increase your focus and will ingrain this into your brain much deeper which will increase your desire into being much much faster.
