We all have it, we all experience it, some more than others but we all know how it feels like. I'm talking about one of the most if not the most dream stealers and killers. I'm talking about fear. We seem to encounter the most anytime we actually want something a lot. Whenever we encounter the unfortunate thing is that we start paying more attention to it than our actual objective we started out with.
Not only do we start paying attention to it but we also start to believe it. And when that happens then is a spiral downward from there we either decide to don't go ahead with our decision or we decide to quit if we already started. The challenge is not just that, the truth is that fear is really nothing more than an illusion, it's a lie and will always remain that way. The energy behind fear is very dense in other words its very realistic, a good example is by just looking back at your life and your past experiences. Look back at your so called horrible instances, the moments you felt hopeless, the moments were it seemed that fear and a terrible outcome was the only things you could hold on to, we all had them..
Let me ask you this question.. Did the incident ever turned out the horrible way you pictured it would? The answer is NO. matter a fact it didn't turn out not even close to the tragedy you thought it would. Zig ziglar makes an interesting classification when it comes to fear. He says that fear stand for FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL it simply is not real, is an illusion and simply a liar.
Whenever you decide to do something significant your brain will throw a sort of fear at you, this small amount it does throw at you is not harmful all it is ment for is for your survival, it makes you double think about it whether you really want to go through it because that big goal and its territory is unknown. So it kind of prevents you from what could be a dangerous situation since it is classified as unknown.
But you have the ultimate decision and you have the ultimate power to discern it and move through it. But what most people do is they not only believe this fear but they start focusing on it and then make it bigger than it actual is. Its like when you have a spot of dirt or trash in your eye, it looks big to your retinal vision but it really is just a speck.
FDR made such a statement that can resonate with every single one of you when it comes to fear. He said "The only thing we must fear is fear itself" there is nothing to fear because if you really look at it beneath through it you will see there is nothing to be fearful of, Pull back the curtain of the so called great oz, and you will see that is was nothing big or great at all it was all just an illusion.
