In life you have to care but not that much

Whenever it comes to necessities, like food, shelter, water. If you are reading this most likely you have those NEEDS met not just now but mostly all your life. And most likely you have also had moments through out your life that you found a little undesirable and you've fallen under the captivity of COMPLAINING. Maybe you witness somebody else get the promotion you been wanting and working for quite a while now.

Maybe you were struggling financially and had some bills back paid and you saw somebody else living pretty well off. You started complaining by saying to yourself how you were much more intelligent and competent than the person who got the promotion. You may have also complained about the person you saw well off financially by saying that you don't know why your struggling when your such a kind and nice Samaritan and that those other people are mischievous and cant comprehend how they get these big breaks.

Although you have everything you NEED you still seem to complain. Another issue is that you may be putting much more importance to things around you than you should. You may be in fear of loosing your job on a regular basis when you actually are intelligent enough to get another one like it if you were to lose it. if they hired you there they can hire you somewhere similar as well. Maybe your stuck in depression and anxiety for the unknown future and wonder how will things turn out, you may not succeed, and you start being bombarded with what if? Questions. And that fuels all the negativity you've been experiencing.

The thing is that you have an issue of caring too much, that prevents you from living happy and fulfilled because when you care too much it is as if your putting the whole world on your shoulders. And that starts to put you in a position where you feel responsible for others. That is why you feel worry and anxiety. No matter how it is, good or bad, you have to understand that nothing and I mean nothing requires that much attention from you.

No matter how bad or good it may look, if it causes you to feel negative emotion you are putting too much unnecessary attention to it.   Your literally are making a mountain out of a mole hill. You are sweating the small stuff. But what you don't realise is that everything is nothing more than small stuff. I want to also make you remember this saying. "Instead of having needs, have small preferences" whenever you get an outcome you did not expect or you find out your getting something you don't want, or you may not be getting what you wanted. No matter how much time you put in it or how hard you worked on it, nothing is that important for you to feel bad,

There is nothing wrong with experiencing sorrow or sadness like when somebody close passes away or an accident happens, just don't stay stuck in it. Which is what most people do. Caring too much leads to an early grave, and a miserable existence. Always remember to care.. but not that much, take life lightly. Have a drink, eat the dessert and enjoy it,  everything is ok and it is always ok. Appreciate the sweetness and bitterness of life alike. This is a beautiful experience called life. And in life you have to care.. but not that much.
