We talk a lot about the training balance scale and how that is such an imporatant basics ad concepts that we talk about. All the concepts we talk about are important very very much. But this one (the training balance scale) is at the top 4 because as we have talked about before the top 4 basics where we started of when we produced Ulosophy at the beginning becauee these 4 basics are and will be your foundation and has been the foundation for all succesful people. If you dont go back to our blog and even our YouTube videos and look for the title (The training balance scale) Once you do that come back and read this. The training balance scales says that the thought side of life is much important and beneficial than the action side of life. For example if you have a dream the training balance scale says that you should focus on your emotions and thoughts and focus on them at least 90% of the time and only 10% of your focus should be on the action side which is the actual action and steps you have to take to make things actually happen.
All through out history the theory has always been that it is a 50/50 split of focus that must be on each one. That has been proving to be flawed and untruthed because till this day we see the 1% of the entire population controls and owns most of the money. So obviously this theory can now safetly be thrown out the window. Either we have to start discovering other ways of doing thinngs or try what the training balance scale tells us to do. If we look at ancient text including the biblical scriptures we see that the concept of life and how to reign in life has always been about the feelings inside what is going on with in you. In the scriptures of Christianiaty it talks about how you are a sheep and you shall no lack and how you should seek Gods kingdom FIRST and then all other things shall be added on to you. And not only in Christian text does this idea comes forth as a teaching but in almost all of the religious text around this same concept is teached and preached upon.
So there has to be some truth to it or at least it deserves for one to look at it in more depth and be open minded to what is really behind this concept. All we really up to this point is this. And that is that miracles exist and many of those miracles come from these same teachings of rest. Rest rest and rest and let God help you though. If we look at the reality of everyday life for those people who are not religious or even athiest then we can still dive into this data in some profound way. and that is this... We know for a fact that your attitude can change your state of mind and that will wither make you go do activity or not. If you are stressed and feeling very negative there are very good chances that your energy will go down and you will not want to do activity at least not as much. We also know that if you are exciting and you are uplifted and positive the chances are that you will want to do activity or at least whatever you are doing you will do it with much more enthusiasm and a good chance of bring a smile along as well.
Having the correct attitude brings belief and inspiration to ones life and that inspiration and positivity will bring forth the wanting of doing activity and this is the magic and this is what the whole basis of our teachings is about. Its about having the correct attitude and and that will bring you into a state of inspiration if you do it long enough and thus action and activity happens almost automatically because YOU WILL WANT TO DO ACTIVITY. There is a very distinct line between wanting to do something and doing something because you have and most of the time when you have to do something you really preffer not to do it. Look at co workers and people at your job for a good example. Most of the people if not all wish they were not there. If they had a choice to stay at home or do something that they love and still get paid they will take those chances in heart beat. There is a great book that I recommend to get and read. It is actually in our recommended book list. And its called the Game of work. It talk about this same thing we are talking about in a more profound a deeper way. Way deeper than I go into through this small blog post. So correct your attitude and watch productivity rise and then you will see what you want happen actually start to fruitition. So whenever you have a dream, goal and desire make sure to focus on your thoughts and attitude more than on the action and what to do side.
