Today I want to talk about the idea and concept of getting things together and the importance of handling your business. You have to understand that in this life it is always about how people look at you because that will determine the result of certain things in your life and whether you will succeed or not. Years and years ago there was a book that came called "How to win friends and influence people" it was written by a gentlemen named Dale Carnegie. And this is actually one of my all time favorite books that I have read over and over again countless number of times. And I always reccomended.
That books talks about the importance of developing relationships and not burning your bridges in life because you never know where they may take you but it especially talks about how to develop and the great importance of a pleasing personality. A very wise and wealthy person once told me that deals in business and nearly all great relationships dont go through and prosper because of what one presents but deals and relationships happen by how the other person feels around you and a pleasing personality play a very very big part in this.
Your personality says a lot about you and is a very huge entrance to whether someone can trust you or not. Having a pleasing personality goes a long way and is rarely talk about in success books and articles. The readon is because not many people know that this is important in business and in nearly any relationship. Its how a person feels around you that determines whether the other person says yes or no and that decision has a lot to do whether you believe it or not with your emotional state. That is why when you see a person go into a meeting or an interview etc very confident and full of enthusiasm their meeting usually always comes out to their favor for that sole reason.
Its the emotional state within you. Now you may think this is mystical and etc but it really is not. That is why we ralk about in the training balance scale how there is two sides. One is the attitude side and the other is the action side. 90 percent if not 100 percent of success is on the attitude side and not on the "what to do side) or the action side.
A great way to develop those good emotional states and one of the biggest and bestest ways to develop a good emotional state is by developing a pleasing personality. Doing tjis like listening more than you talk and asking more questions than making statements. Having proper etiquette. Getting into the habit of smiling and laughing. Learning to give compliments. Realising that everybody has something to offer and not letting the you know it all symptom to come into frutition. This is just a small list and I could go on and on but I would be entering the area of writting a book because there is so much to developing a pleasing personality. 5 minutes to learn but a lifetime to master. All this easy to understand but there is always more and more data to dive into. I would suggest getting the book by Dale Carnegie "How to win friends and influence people" there are other great books outhere just make your picks. Having a pleasing personality sounds very basic but is one of the biggest secrets that is rarely talked about in developinh success. Ingage in gaining a pleasing personality now and see how your future will become brighter than you can imagine.
