There two time when you should be focusing on your dreams and the things that you want. And that is in morning upon waking up and right before going to sleep. And I will tell you exactly why in this post. You see When you first wake up as I have talked about in several other post and in my videos you are in a mild aplha state. And if you dont know what that is I will tell you here. Being in an alpha state is when both of your brain hemispheres are in tuned or open and information that you are experiencing or hearing etc at the time of having this alpha state automatically sort of ingrains in your brain. Is almost as if your brains doors are wide wide open and information in all its detail is allowed in. That is why sometimes when you wake up and hear a certain song or tune you will notice that the exact tune that you heard upon waking up and in that alpha state keeps playing in your head all through out the day. This effect also happens when you do things like meditating or even hearing baroque classical music as I have explained in one of my past post.
So this is why its important to think about your dreams and what you want at this time. So you can be and stay in a positive hopefull and inspired mood all day and by law of attraction you can get to attract events and circumstances that will match this feeling into your life much more effecient. The second best time to focus on your dreams and what you want is before going to sleep. When you go to sleep you are in state of no resistance or at least less resistance as when you are awake. This means that as we have talked about that your brain is transmitter and receiver of frequency you will be able to really transmit into the universe good energy on a much more clearer way while sleeping and when waking up. Also you will be able to get good nights of sleep because the stress level will be greatly eliminated by your positive burst that you have before going to sleep. Have you ever heard of couples who have succesful marriages always seem to talk about how they never go to sleep mad at eachother? This is important because while sleeping also you are sort of ingraining whatever feeling and thoughts you have been having into your mind much deeper as well. This is why most nightmares happen after either going through something that really scared you or watching something scary on television etc.
Is like hipnotizing yourself almost. So wouldnt be great to go to sleep feeling good and ready to rest to take on another great day that awaits. Start doing these thinsg today and start seeing a difference in your life.
