There only 2 emotions with varying degrees on each

We are not logical creatures. We are emotional creatures. We are people who run on emotion. That is our colors for life. Emotion and emotion and emotion. Those colors are at our disposal. And we decide what we want those pictures or paintings of ours to look like. We have control. That is the one thing you must never forget. That you are in. CONTROL. People tend to make life very complicated at times. And sometimes just a little too much that makes our belief structure into a very hazardous place to be around if you care for your emotional health.

People want to know everything about everything before they give anything a chance. Yet these same people drive cars everyday and use computers everyday as well. Yet they dont know how everything in that car or computer work. But they do enjoy the benefits from their use. People tend to make things so complicated for themselves that their emotional state is a mess and these are the people with the major psycological issues. Life is simple and since thats the case so is our emotional tone scale.

Understanding your emotions is understanding ones self. If your lacking need to know data in it then your lacking in your life. And if you dont know what is going on in that emotional book of yours then how can you face it and theb finally correct it. You cant. You need to realise how this is based and it is very simple.

We all basically have 2 emotions. Thats right. There only 2 emotions in our lives. And those 2 are feeling good and feeling bad with different degrees within both of them. Feeling good have different degrees like happiness, joy, excitement, peace etc and etc and feeling bad has degrees with the likes of anxiety, depression, anger, sadness etc and etc.

There are different degrees. But they all belong to one of the two groups I just mentioned. Making life simple like this is much more enjoyable than having a roller coaster and not knowing where you at. Since you know feeling bad will bring events that will make you feel like that then focus on feeling good all the time. Doesnt matter what emotion as long as it feels good to you and you change your emotional state into a good one that will bring you events that you like and adore.

Be happy and take life lightly. Dont make it more complicated than it is. Know that there only two emotions. Feeling good and feeling bad. Both carry diffrent degrees of emotions with them. Stay on the feeling good side and watch your life turn magical and to your favor. Understanding the different degrees of the emotional tone scale is very helpful and get you to a level of much more understanding especially if you have had a hard time with emotional issues. I would recommend you get a copy of Esther and Jerry Hicks book called "Ask and it is given" In that book they describe this emotional tone scale in a much much deeper way.
