How do you know your thinking good or bad thoughts

Your mind is where it all begins and it is very simple to initiate on it the only challenge is when we are trying to change that thought structure we already have. We talk about how it all begins in the mind, it all begins with your thoughts. We talk about how your thoughts are the most powerful thing because it creates your reality. It can change anything from bad to good and anything from good to bad, it all really depends on you and how you want to go about when it comes to the thoughts you choose to think. We also have certain habits of thought procesesses. Some are negative and some are bad. No matter how those thoughts structures or how your dna came to be when it comes to your thoughts, you have the ability to change all of that to your liking.

We also how success in life whether is joy or materialistic things etc is achieved by how your thoughts processes are and how those habits have been formed. If your thoughts are positive most likely you will see most of your world as positive thus positive things get attracted to you and just the same happens when your thoughts are negative. The way this reality is achieved through your thoughts is by your feelings. Your feelings are that energy that is transmitted from you to the universe or to God another word for this can be called prayer. This is where it a ll boils down to. Some new terminology has called and named this "The law of attraction" No matter what the name is the resulkts are the same and they are achieved in the same way as well. But it is all about transmitting those frequencies, prayers etc from your feelings. But it all begins in the thoughts.

The thoughts are what creates the emotions or feelings. So that is why we talk about thoughts more than feelings because we need to face the root cause. Most of us have thoughts all over the place. Our thoughts are like roller coasters. We think positive and then we can switch to negative. Some of us are really really all over the place with our thoughts and we seem to live in a unfortunate mind racing world which sometimes we even have to rely on medication to slow our thought process down a bit.

So with all this confusion we might lose track of where we are with our thoughts. We know that if we want to experience a good positve life we must have good positive thoughts. Well with all our confusion with our thoughts and the way our thoughts are sometimes all over the place, how can we know whether we are thinking good or bad thoughts? Very simple answer.. That is by checking how you feel. Your feelings will tell you what kind of thoughts your thinking thus what kind of reality you will experience. Instead of monitoring your thoughts monitor your feelings. It will make this process of correcting your thoughts and keep them corrected much much simpler.
