Leaders show steadiness of purpose

There is always a road to something. There is no way out if it there ain't no ifs or buts bottom line. From anything to work. To home even to a doctors appt. Everything has its set of time and length to get there. I know many of you wish that there were no such thing as roads. Or lengths of time or in simpler terms "no journeys" unfortunately if you think in this way then  your missing the point. You see a body has all these parts connected to its self. If you took out half of the body it won't be a body anymore it will just be a piece of limb. All pieces are one. And not separate from each other.

And so is the journey with the actual destination. All is one. One half is just a limb and not a body. People are impatient way beyond belief. They want the success or to get to their destination now and quick. Slow and steady is just a phrase from the past that unfortunately people do not find much excitement in it now a days.

But as much as people resist it we find that at the end of the day these people are not where they want to be. They are not happy nor are they abundant in the luxuries of life. This is the truth where the rubber meets the road. I've always talked about " listening to people who have what you want" If you want to take advice on how to get something you want, then take it from someone who actually has it in their possession.

We often make the mistake of actually believing these people and base our reality on their actions, decisions and small accomplishments instead of looking at and observing the true winners, the real leaders. And one thing is for certain with these leaders. And that us they are not impatient. They believe and follow the slow steady route to success. They know that if their working on a goal. That goal will not come tomorrow or next week or next month maybe not even next year. They know it takes time to succeed. They show steadiness of purpose.

Just like anyone and everyone, we get interruption s in life that may get to a setback or two. Real leaders no matter what pops up they keep going and have their eye on the price and keep focus. Whether a feeling of laziness or a feeling of overwhelming comes they keep at it and move forward.

They stay focus on their one goal and don't have 5 or 6 different things on the side. They focus on one thing at a time till they the flame burning on their dream thus comes the saying "their on fire" its easy to get sidetracked, it's easy to lose focus. We live in a very busy and fast paced society. But allowing that to hold you back as hard as it may sound you are just making an excuse. And unfortunately you will NOT succeed.

No matter how you are feeling, no matter what pops up, know that it is normal and its just part of the game of life. Just theirs rain there is interruptions. They could show up outwardly in the physical world. Or they could show up inwardly as maybe a negative emotion or a certain state of whatever sort. You have two choices. 1. You can let it affect you and ruin and allow it to steal your dreams. Or 2. You can show the attitude of a true leader and winner and that is show steadiness of purpose.
