48 Hours

Decisions, decisions. We make them all the time their basically a part of literally everyday life. Sometimes we get them right and sometimes we feel like we fell of a cliff. Since they are here to stay and we just bottom line cant live without making them we might as well find a way for them to work for us instead of us working for them.

When we make a decision one thing stands out and that is have we followed on them. Have we engaged on the decision we just made. And those decisions vary of course. Maybe we made a decision that we want to lose weight, or maybe we made a decision to start finding a better job. Whatever it is one thing that makes a HUGE difference between success and failure when it comes to that decision is something not many of us or should I say most of us don't realise.

And that is taking action on that decision short after making it. We think that just making a decision the game is over as far as actually making a decision and to just wait for when the time is right to start taking action, is much more than that as you will see. Research has been done and it has been proven scientifically that when you make a decision you actually have 48 hours to take action on that decision and if you don't then your brain goes into a paralysis and will dramatically effect you in a major negative way.

The brain takes almost as a life of it's own and starts to recognizing yourself as a liar and will create a sort of block that will make it harder to follow through on a decision in the future. It has been research that the amount of time you have before this negative action takes place is 48 hours. This is enough time for you to avoid this incident.

This could well go back to my past articles of time management, articles like do it now or tomorrow never comes. Those two articles of mine talk in more detail the importance of doing it now. So if you have a flaw in this area go back and read these two articles again and again, just like you would do on all the other articles and the Facebook messages. You should read and reread all this information on the regular and the book that will be coming out very soon. Spaced repetition is also key.

That is why they say the mind is a powerful instrument. It could work for your benefit or against you, its all up to you on how you feed it with the sort of thought s and how you follow your actions. People around the world call this same thing were talking about many different names. Some call it karma and so on. Everything you do, say and think is recorded in your mind, those actions will determine your success.
